• Texts: reply HELP to any text from us.

#When We Reply

Usually within a day, and within 4 hours for something urgent on or just before your wedding day. Tell us your wedding date so we can put it first.

#Billing

A question about a payment or a receipt? Write to us with the email you paid with and we will help. The terms for every purchase are in our Terms of Service, and if something is not working as it should, tell us and we will work to fix it.
