Delete Your Account

You can delete your Shaadi Planning account at any time.

#In the App or on the Web

1. Sign in at shaadiplanning.app/app, or open the app.
2. Open More, then Account.
3. Choose Delete: delete your account (you leave every wedding), or, with full access, delete the whole wedding (type the couple's names to confirm).

#What Is Deleted

Your account, how you sign in and your place on every wedding. Deleting a wedding deletes everything in it: the guest list, contacts, photos, website, Photo Groups and messages. Payment records and the agreements you accepted are kept for 7 years, as the law requires, and a list of numbers that replied STOP is kept so we never text them. Deletion cannot be undone.

#Without the App

Send us a request here and we will delete your account within 30 days. We will email you first to confirm it is you.
