Community Guidelines

Shaadi Planning is for celebrating weddings. These guidelines cover everything people add to it: wedding websites and their wishes, photos and questions; vendor listings, reviews and replies; and messages to support.

#Not Allowed

• Hate, harassment, threats or bullying, including about religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, sexuality or disability.
• Nudity or sexual content, violence or gore.
• Other people's private details (phone numbers, addresses, emails) without their permission.
• Spam, scams, ads, links to malware, or anything misleading.
• Content you do not have the right to share, such as someone else's photos.
• Fake, paid or rewarded reviews, or reviews by vendors of themselves or competitors.
• Anything unlawful.

#How Content Is Checked

Guests' wishes and photos appear on a wedding website only after the couple approves them, and couples can delete anything guests send. Vendor listings, reviews and replies are checked by our team, with an automatic first check for spam, abuse and personal details. We never remove a review for being negative.

#Reporting and Blocking

• On your own wedding: delete or hide any wish, photo, question or song request in Tools, and turn off any part of your website that guests can post to.
• A vendor review or reply: tap Report on it.
• Anything else: write to support@shaadiplanning.app or use Contact Us, with the link.

#What We Do

We look at every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these guidelines or the law, and we may suspend or end the account or listing that posted it. For a serious danger to someone, we may contact the authorities.
