What Does a Credit Cover?
One client wedding with the whole Shaadi Planning suite: the planner, the wedding website, RSVPs by family and event, the registry and shagun, seating, the budget, and Photo Groups. A credit is used when you add the client, and the wedding is theirs for good.
Do Credits Expire?
No. Buy them when you need them, in any quantity. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
How Do Texts Work?
Texts to guests come from one pool your whole client list shares: $10 for 1,000 texts. Each send shows the count first, and failed texts go back into the pool. You can also add texts to a single wedding from inside it.
What Do My Couples See?
Your logo, name and color at your own address, yourbusiness.shaadiplanning.app. Their wedding website stays in their own style.
Who Controls the Wedding?
The couple. They see you under People and can remove you at any time, which ends your access at once. You never see their account details.
Can My Team Help?
Yes. Add your team with their own sign-in: admins handle billing, branding and the team, members work with clients. Removing someone ends their access at once, and every client wedding opened is written down.
