Privacy Requests

Use this form to ask for any of your privacy rights. It works wherever you live, whether you have an account or a couple added you as a guest. You can also write to support@shaadiplanning.app.

#Do It Yourself First

• See or download your data: in the app, Account, then Your Data, then Download My Data. You get one file with your account, what you agreed to, your orders and, with full access, your whole wedding.
• Correct your data: change your wedding, guests, vendors and website in the planner, and your name and ways to sign in on the Account screen.
• Delete your account: Account, then Delete, or Delete Your Account.
• Stop emails or texts: the Unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or reply STOP to a text.

We email you to say we have it, may write to confirm it is you, and answer within 30 days. We never charge for a request.

India: this form also reaches our grievance contact. If we do not resolve your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. In the EEA or the UK you can complain to your data protection authority.
